To Me from Me
 - I am who I am

God's Book

by Rebecca Harrop

About the book

To me from me – I am who I am is a book inspired from a personal dialogue with ‘God’. Written in the form of first-person meditations on life from God’s perspective and in ‘his’ voice, this book provides moving, humorous and engaging words-of-wisdom for modern-day thinkers and seeks to answer some of life’s biggest questions.

Ask yourself: When God speaks to you, do you listen? What does God want? Wish for? Hope for? What advice does he give to a friend? Does it matter if God’s not perfect either? Why does God allow bad things to happen to good people? What wisdom can God pass on through the depths of our own thoughts and knowledge?

With spiritual quotations and stunning photography throughout, this is a thought-provoking and inspirational book for all.

About the Author

Rebecca Harrop is a self-confessed sceptic of her own ‘God’. Nevertheless, as a modern-day spiritual thinker Rebecca’s work is profoundly moving to those seeking meaning in a life which is often confusing, contrary and seemingly unfair and punishing.

With a degree in Psychology from the University of St. Andrews and as a master of Philosophy and Cognitive Science, Rebecca is unafraid of tackling some of the harder questions one would want to ask a deity—such as: ‘how can you allow bad things to happen to good people?’

Her book 'To Me from Me' provides a selection of ‘God’s words of wisdom’ which are oddly comforting, with the feel of a truth we once knew but had simply forgotten.

Rebecca provides us with a dialogue with a God who is anybody and everybody’s; the God within each of us—Christian, Buddhist…religious, atheist and agnostic alike.

Whether it is taken literally or simply philosophically, Rebecca’s work is inspirational and motivational to anyone seeking a fuller understanding of themselves, life, the Universe and everything; encouraging each of us to be-friend our own God in order to enrich our own lives and experiences.
